A graduate of the Autonomous University of Chiriquí (UNACHI), she holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Law from the Catholic University Santa María la Antigua of Panama (USMA) and a specialization in Innovation and Technology from the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) in Germany.
